First NYC Community AI Jump Rope Championship

On August 9, 2026, the inaugural New York Community AI Jump Rope Championship—co-hosted by UCODA and WASF—took place at Lighten Academy on Long Island and the Phoenix Taekwondo Center in Queens. This event marked the first real-world field test of the AI ​​judging system in an outdoor, multi-venue environment. To address on-site network connectivity challenges, the team implemented a multi-layered verification protocol; by combining independent local operation with post-event reconstruction and review, they successfully validated the system's robustness and reliability.
